I'm sure you can appreciate the gag even if you are from anywhere else in the world other than the magical land of Eng. If you don't get it:- in the uk read 'RSPCA', for America: 'ASPCA', for most other countries: 'SPCA' or whatever animal charity you feel fits the bill.

I like the first line of the play.
